Job Summary:
The Business Systems Analyst provides technical support and leads the improvement, implementation, and maintenance of the organization’s information systems, including ERP and SQL systems, to optimize performance, ensure security, and support business operations. This role is mainly responsible for internal support of Air Innovations ERP system, support and maintain SQL database, troubleshooting system issues, managing user access, supporting compliance efforts, implementing new technologies, and providing end-user training.
The Business Systems Analyst works closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to implement solutions that improve operational efficiency, maintain system integrity, and ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.

Minimum Qualification Standards:
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
· Knowledge of and ability to administer, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot ERP systems, including managing user access, security, and system performance.
· Knowledge of and skill in using SQL and relational databases to develop queries, scripts, and reports for data analysis and business operations.
· Knowledge of information systems infrastructure.
· Knowledge of information security principles, access controls, backup and recovery procedures, and audit and compliance requirements, and the ability to implement and support these controls.
· Skill and ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve system, ERP, hardware, software, and network issues and implement effective solutions.
· Skill in analyzing system performance, identifying trends, and recommending and implementing system and process improvements.
· Skill in creating and maintaining technical documentation, procedures, and user training materials, and the ability to effectively train and support end users.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and priorities, and to work independently while exercising sound technical judgment.
· Ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively to users, management, vendors, and other stakeholders.
· Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships and maintain confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary information.
· Ability to learn, apply, and support new technologies, systems, and business processes.

· ERP software systems and related reporting tools
· SQL database management systems and query tools
· Desktop and laptop computers, servers, and related hardware
· Microsoft Windows operating systems
· Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams
· User account and access management systems (e.g., Active Directory or similar tools)
· Office equipment, including printers, scanners, and copiers
· Telecommunications equipment, including desk phones and mobile devices

Environmental Conditions:
There is no exposure to adverse environmental conditions. Work is performed in a typical office work environment. Occasional exposure to the manufacturing floor.
