Description
AWS Professional Services (ProServe) is seeking an experienced Field Enablement Leader to drive enablement strategy and execution across the Asia-Pacific, Japan, and Greater China (APJC) region. This role is critical to ensuring ProServe's field teams — including consultants, solution architects, sales teams, and delivery builders — are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and tools to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
Reporting into the Worldwide Field Enablement (WWFE) organization, this leader will serve as the primary enablement point of contact for APJC ProServe leadership team, working cross-functionally with senior stakeholders to design, deliver, and measure enablement programs that accelerate business impact.
Key job responsibilities
Enablement Strategy & Roadmap: Build and maintain a comprehensive enablement roadmap for APJC ProServe leadership, aligned to global priorities and regional business needs, including AI transformation, agentic solutions, and ProServe delivery excellence.
Program Management: Lead enablement programs end-to-end — from ideation and design through execution and measurement — including mandatory training campaigns, certification compliance, solution launches, and skills development initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with senior stakeholders across APJC and global WWFE teams to ensure alignment on enablement priorities, headcount planning, and resource allocation.
AI-Native Enablement: Champion the integration of AI-powered tools (e.g., Amazon QuickSuite) into enablement workflows, driving adoption and productivity improvements across the ProServe APJC organization.
Certification & Compliance Tracking: Manage and drive compliance for mandatory certifications
Campaign Execution: Support and localize global enablement campaigns for the APJC region
Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular enablement updates, compliance reporting, and program impact analysis to APJC ProServe leadership.
Rhythm of Business: Establish and maintain a cadence of enablement activities aligned to ProServe's operating rhythm, including quarterly planning, monthly reporting, and weekly execution.
