Summary: As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for creating and designing aspects of multiple websites to ensure its visually appealing, user-friendly, and aligned with the company's branding and design standards. Create layouts for landing pages, product pages and other areas of the website and test different designs to see which are most effective. Work collaboratively with the marketing team and business leaders to understand the brand, products, and customers.

Summary: As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for creating and designing aspects of multiple websites to ensure its visually appealing, user-friendly, and aligned with the company's branding and design standards. Work collaboratively with the marketing team and business leaders to understand the brand, products, and customers.
Responsibilities
- Play a pivotal role in designing and layout of both mobile and desktops websites by gathering and analyzing data to enhance performance. Generate and iterate ideas for improved UI/UX.
- Employ a wide range of design skills, including visual, conversational, information architecture, prototyping, and strategic design methods such as design thinking.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, requirements, and use cases, defining and executing design plans. Continuously enhance the user experience design process.
- Create functional graphics, digital proofs, UI/UX designs, and visual concepts that captivate and inspire users. Develop flows, sketches, wireframes, prototypes, and other design artifacts to illustrate end-to-end user experiences on both mobile and desktop.
- Exhibit meticulous attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Be open to other duties and responsibilities, maintaining a flexible approach and willingness to incorporate feedback into designs.
- Develop interactive experiences using prototyping software to support user testing or proof of concepts.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience as Web designer or UX Designer.
- Knowledge of Figma, Sketch, HTML5, CSS, Wireframes and UI/UX.
- Experience with conforming to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
- Experience designing and launching for both desktop and mobile environments.
- Location: Hybrid, minimum 3 days in office per week.
