We are looking for a Software Development Specialist.
The figure of Software Dev Specialist in the Technical Office deals with all the aspects related to machine programming with industrial PLC or PC based software. He/she works in collaboration with mechanical and electrical designer to complete the machine design, using proven technologies and innovation tools (as digital twin software).
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Hardware and software management for industrial automation;
- Design, development, test and integration of software for PLC (Rockwell & Siemens, mainly),
- Scada and any HMI with customization for costumers.
- Configuration and management of industrial networks (Ethernet/IP, Profibus, Profinet, Ethercat...)
- Management of an automated robot-based system and interface with peripheral devices;
- Start up and test of automation systems, initial training and on-site support during system start-up;
- Troubleshooting related to automation, analysis and improvement of existing process.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- Knowledge of machine servomotor based; able to manage electronical cams;
- Able to understand automation electrical and pneumatic design;
- Knowledge of CFR21 part 11 requirements;
- Knowledge of industrial vision system;
- Knowledge of Robot software suite (i.e. Staubli, ABB, Fanuc);
- Ability to work in team as well with mechanical & electrical designers and technician teams;
- Very good communication skills.
- Fluency in english
