CR Fletcher is currently recruiting for a Director of Manufacturing in a high tech regulated manufacturing environment. We are looking for a hands-on leader that can work with the team to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness. This is very much a people skills position just as much as an operational leadership role.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate production across departments and use quality principles to improve processes and metrics
- Monitor and track production metrics and report to management on KPI progress
- Train employees and ensure proper follow up is being done to increase effectiveness
- Must be able to work with personalities ranging from entry level up to executives
