Great opportunity to join a growing and established insurance agency in the area. The Client Service Manager will lead a commercial lines support team focused on ensuring excellent customer service and experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage day-to-day operations and team performance
- Drive departmental initiatives and process improvements
- Lead training and foster a culture of growth
- Collaborate across departments to support business goals
- Serve as the escalation point for clients and carriers
Qualifications:
- 7+ years in Commercial P&C insurance with 3+ years in leadership role
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience
- NYS P&C License
- Strong communication, organization, and client service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
