About This Role:
The Service Contract & Warranty Administration professional will work as a liaison between our customers, both internal and external, and Warranty Administration. The established professional administers and provides for proper contract and warranty fulfillment; reviews estimates, advises customers on basic contractual rights, analyzes data, and develops simple bids and reports related to service contracts and product warranties. Examine our current processes for opportunities for improvement and streamlining.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor, analyze, and identify solutions for three daily error reports containing model and part numbers that did not feed from PHDB to ServiceBench.
Review and update customer facing documents posted on HVAC partners. Identify and create new documentation where necessary.
Support both our internal and external audits
Provide training to both our internal and external customer base when requested
Support our customer base both internal and external though phone and email contact.
Responsible for analyzing and adjudicating warranty claims submitted through the aftermarket network above certain dollar thresholds
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
3+ years prior warranty and customer service experience
1+ years of experience with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred
5+ years of warranty experience
Demonstrated customer interfacing experience
Advanced PowerPoint experience
Strategic experience problem solving and handling multiple challenges simultaneously
Proactive approach to lead and guide on projects and issue resolution
Pay Range:
