Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and energetic Events Manager to manage and execute events for CenterState CEO’s new Innovation Hub. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing the execution of events that engage startups, investors, mentors, and key stakeholders. This role requires excellent project management skills, creativity, and the ability to coordinate multiple moving parts to deliver high-impact experiences.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
Event Planning & Execution (50%)
- Design, plan, and execute innovation hub events, including workshops, programs, networking sessions, fireside chats, hackathons, demo days, and investor meetings.
- Oversee venue rental, catering, audio-visual setup, and other logistical elements to ensure seamless event execution.
- Collect feedback, analyze event success metrics, and implement improvements for future events.
- Work with the marketing team to promote events through print, email campaigns, social media, and partner networks.
- Develop strategies to maximize participant engagement and ensure a high-value experience for all attendees.
Stakeholder Engagement (50%)
- Utilization of the Salesforce CRM to track client progress.
- Collaborate with startups, mentors, investors, CenterState members, sponsors, and internal teams to align event goals with the innovation hub’s mission.
- In coordination with the Senior Director of Events, the Member and Business Experience team and Inclusive Growth team, manage event budgets and identify sponsorship opportunities to enhance the quality and reach of events.
Time Commitment This is a full-time role. However, hours will vary depending on the schedule of events. There will be times when the candidate will have to work nights or weekends. Comp time will be provided to cover these hours worked.
