The Impact and Evaluation Manager will play a key role in supporting the data and evaluation functions of the Strategy, Policy, and Planning and Inclusive Growth teams. The Manager will also be responsible for coordinating data collection agreements with grantees, supporting community-based research, and providing data insights to inform program improvements and grant reporting. In addition, this role will require providing programs and other data to inform reports to funders and other stakeholders, managing CHIPs intermediary databases, and documenting program models and outcomes.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, has experience with data visualization tools, and is eager to contribute to the economic development field.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Program Data Collection & Reporting

Receive program data from partners, analyze it, and prepare reports to share with partners for program improvement.
Develop and manage agreements with grantees regarding data collection protocols, schedules, and reporting standards.
Provide feedback and recommendations to programs based on data insights to enhance outcomes and performance.
Support other Impact and Evaluation functions as needed, contributing to overall organizational goals and initiatives.
Build and maintain the FRWIC data dashboard, tracking labor supply and demand trends
Manage the CHIPs intermediary database, ensuring data is accurately entered, maintained, and analyzed.

Grant Reporting

Provide program and other data for use in reports to funders and other stakeholders, ensuring all data is accurately reported and aligned with funding requirements.
Collaborate with program and grant development and management teams to track and report on program impact and outcomes as required by funders.
