We are seeking a dynamic and professional Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact at the INSPYRE Innovation Hub. This role is key in creating a welcoming and organized environment for startups, investors, mentors, clients, and guests. The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations, handle communications, coordinate meeting spaces, and provide administrative support to the CenterState CEO staff based in the facility. A strong interest in entrepreneurship & innovation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment are essential.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: (Additional duties may be assigned)

Greet and welcome clients, entrepreneurs, investors, mentors, and guests.
Maintain a professional and inviting reception area.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
Manage general inquiries and route messages to appropriate team members.
Assist in the scheduling and preparation of conference rooms.
Support logistics for events, workshops, meetings & programs.
Assist with calendar management, document preparation, invoicing, and internal communications.
Provide administrative support to CenterState CEO staff in the facility.
Maintain a visitor log and ensure compliance with security protocols.
Manage mail and package deliveries.
Order office supplies and coordinate with vendors for facility maintenance.
Help foster a positive, collaborative environment within the innovation hub.
