Job Summary:
The Strategy, Development & Partnerships Manager will support CNY ON-RAMP Inc. (ON-RAMP) in maintaining accurate data systems, reporting, and compliance across organizational programs and initiatives. This role focuses on managing data matrices, analytics, and reporting processes while supporting fund development and operational needs. Working collaboratively with internal teams and community partners, the Strategy Development Manager will help ensure accurate data collection, timely reporting, and the successful submission of grants and funding requests. The ideal candidate will bring experience in data management, reporting, and compliance, along with strong organizational and analytical skills that support effective coordination and informed decision-making across the organization.
ON-RAMP is a workforce development training organization supported by CenterState CEO as part of a statewide initiative to train Central New York residents in advanced manufacturing, construction and adjacent industries. ON-RAMP Workforce Training Center offers a variety of workforce training programs with a focus on construction, manufacturing, and related fields, preparing participants for successful careers in these industries.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: (Additional duties may be assigned)
Strategic Planning and Project Coordination
- Lead coordination of strategic initiatives and planning efforts, including organizing project timelines, meetings, and key deliverables.
- Maintain an overview of strategic activities and support leadership in planning and delivering strategy sessions, workshops, and planning events.
- Contribute to broader organizational strategy initiatives, including business planning and development of performance measurement frameworks and KPIs.
- Champion strategic growth and support the integration of strategic thinking across programs and operations.
Stakeholder Engagement and Facilitation
- Lead and facilitate workshops, focus groups, and stakeholder discussions to gather insights that inform strategy and program development.
- Support engagement with trainees, industry partners, employers, and community stakeholders to understand experiences and opportunities for program improvement.
- Serve as a key point of contact for strategic initiatives and coordination with external stakeholders, partners, and consultants when applicable.
- Collaborate with communications and leadership teams to share timely and accurate information about strategic initiatives.
Research, Insights, and Strategic Analysis
- Gather, analyze, and synthesize insights from organizational data, program outcomes, and stakeholder feedback to support evidence-based planning.
- Work with internal teams to ensure strategic recommendations are informed by both qualitative and quantitative information.
- Support the development of frameworks that help measure program effectiveness and organizational impact.
Data Management, Reporting, and Compliance
- Maintain and manage ON-RAMP’s data systems and data matrices, ensuring accuracy, consistency, compliance, and proper documentation across programs.
- Oversee organizational data collection processes to ensure alignment with reporting requirements for funders and partners.
- Prepare and interpret reports that support program evaluation, leadership decision-making, and fund development efforts.
- Ensure timely reporting and accurate data collection across programs and initiatives.
Program and Organizational Support
- Work closely with program teams to understand program performance, workforce outcomes, and emerging opportunities.
- Support cross-department coordination to ensure strategic initiatives align with program operations and organizational priorities.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, coordination, and information sharing that support organizational strategy and program effectiveness.
- Provide support for strategic initiatives and special projects that advance ON-RAMP’s mission and workforce development goals.
