Reporting to the Senior Associate Director of Admissions Operations and in coordination with the Undergraduate Admissions Office, the Assistant Director of Admissions executes SC Johnson College of Business recruitment and yield strategies to build its pool of diverse, qualified applicants, and to ultimately select and enroll excellent students for its undergraduate programs in the Charles H. Dyson School of Applied Economics and Management and the Cornell Peter and Stephanie Nolan School of Hotel Administration.
The role’s primary strategic objective is to contribute to the depth and diversity of the prospective applicant pool by building the communication strategy for prospective students, including email campaigns, web and social media content and information session presentations.

This position is a full-time position based in Ithaca, New York and is eligible for benefits. The position may allow for the flexibility to work remotely up to 2 days per week. The hybrid schedule will be determined at the time of hire. The university reserves the right to modify, suspend, revoke, or terminate the hybrid work arrangement at any time.
