The Center for Applied Research on Work (CAROW) is a hub for collaborative applied research efforts across the ILR School and the university. CAROW connects research on work with the practice of putting it to use. CAROW provides a platform for new interdisciplinary approaches, innovative methods, and nimble resourcing with the goal of bringing high quality research to bear on the challenges facing today’s labor markets and connecting that research to external stakeholders and policy makers. Utilizing trainings, convenings, and new tool development CAROW advances the work of faculty and institutes conducting translational labor research and brings them together to drive new insights.

The Opportunity
The School of Industrial and Labor Relations at Cornell University has an immediate opening for a Coord Program I – Program Coordinator position in the Center for Applied Research on Work (CAROW).
The CAROW Program Coordinator will provide a wide variety of complex program support to coordinate activities and initiatives for select units in the Center for Applied Research on Work (CAROW), a hub for collaborative applied research efforts across the ILR School and the university.
This position will coordinate and monitor projects, operational and administrative functions of the Institute for Compensation Studies (ICS), the Labor Dynamics Institute (LDI) and ILR Workplace Inclusion and Diversity Education Program (ILR WIDE).
This position is located in Ithaca, NY, within the ILR School on the campus of Cornell University. Core business hours for our team are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM. ILR School appreciates staff by providing the opportunity for a campus-to-home hybrid schedule, mutually agreed upon between you and your supervisor.
