Position Summary
The Dish Machine Operator is responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the lab, working and reporting directly to the lab manager. Duties include managing the dish machine area during service nightly; supervising the deep clean of the lab twice a year and assisting manager with inventory management.
General Responsibilities:
Setting up and breaking down the steward station nightly in support of the ala carte restaurant and lab sections.
Cleaning dishes, pots, pans, utensils, etc. and ensuring items are put into their proper storage areas.
Instructing students on how to utilize the dish machine area and organize and maintain the trash, compost and recycle bins.

This is a 10-month, 35-40 hour per week position. Anticipated schedule is Monday to Friday evenings, but is subject to change based on business needs.
