About Alumni Affairs and Development
The Cornell Alumni Affairs and Development team advances the university's mission through lifelong engagement and philanthropy, encouraging alumni and families to give, lead, and serve. The U.S. Regional Alumni Engagement team focuses on increasing alumni participation in Cornell programs and supports regional clubs and associations in the U.S. and Canada. They work to strengthen alumni ties to the university, foster lifelong learning, and provide financial support for various initiatives. This role involves collaboration with the U.S. Regional Engagement team, including staff in the Northeast Corridor and on the West Coast.

The Cornell Alumni Affairs and Development team leads efforts in higher education advancement by promoting lifelong engagement and philanthropy. Their mission is to support Cornell's goals by offering opportunities for alumni, friends, and families to contribute, lead, and serve. Through their work, they strengthen connections within the Cornell community and encourage meaningful involvement.

This is a full-time (39 hours per week) endowed position based in Ithaca, NY, with a hybrid work arrangement. The standard work hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Typically, employees perform this role remotely two days per week and in the office three days per week.
