What You Will Do
We are seeking a full-time (39 hours per week), non-benefits eligible, Temporary Administrative Assistant/Events Coordinator to support the Systems Engineering Department for up to 3 months. Duties will Include:
Administrative Support
Scheduling meetings and calendaring for Academic & Administrative Directors
Supervise program student workers including hiring, daily task assignments, prioritizing work, and timecard approval.
Responsible for the faculty search process including record retention, organization, interview scheduling, and preparation.
Maintaining and ordering office materials and supplies.
Events Coordination
Reserve locations on and off-campus for Systems Engineering recruiting events. May also include food orders, shipping materials and detailed logistics.
Coordinate planning efforts and logistics regarding the Systems Summit being held in November.
Schedule and coordinate monthly program meetings with Systems Engineering faculty and staff.
Ezra Systems Weekly Seminar Speaker Scheduling and Coordination including coordinating schedule for the speaker, make marketing emails through constant contact for the speaker, make physical posters to print out/put up around different buildings to advertise for the speaker, ordering lunch for seminar attendees, submit travel reimbursements.
What We Need
High School Diploma with up to 2-4 years of experience.
Proficiency with Office software.
What We Prefer
Associates degree with 2-4 years of experience.
Pay Rate
$23.45 Per Hour
