The division consists of student affairs experts who address key aspects of student life, including health, wellness, public service, social justice, residential living, recreation, and student organizations. SCL serves approximately 25,000 undergraduate, graduate, and professional students across multiple U.S. and international campuses.
About Cornell Recreational Services
Cornell Recreational Services provides a range of fitness, wellness, sports, and recreational activities for students, staff, faculty, retirees, and their spouses/partners. The programs are designed to promote a healthy and holistic lifestyle across the campus community. Cornell Fitness Centers manage five fitness facilities and offer over 50 group fitness classes weekly, collaborating with various campus departments to support the university's fitness and wellness needs.
The Opportunity
The Administrative Assistant for the Cornell Fitness Centers offers key administrative support and serves as the main point of contact for all customers, including parents, alumni, students, and professional staff. This role primarily focuses on managing inquiries and communications related to CFC memberships.

Success Factors
This is a full-time (39 hours/week) endowed position that is based in Ithaca, NY and fully on-site. Work hours are 8:30am to 5pm Monday through Friday.
