We are seeking a dynamic Senior Financial Analyst to join a Financial Planning team, where you'll be instrumental in the development and reporting of financial plans, budgets, and performance insights. In this role, you’ll partner closely with the CFO, Board of Directors, and department leaders to create meaningful analyses and forecasts that drive strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Guide divisions in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and long-term plans.
Generate and distribute timely, accurate financial reports and analyses.
Collaborate with department leaders to support operational goals with financial insights.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across financial planning processes.
Support senior management with actionable analytics, connecting key performance indicators to results.
Refine financial projections to enhance budgeting and forecasting accuracy.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and contribute to value-driven improvements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
3-5+ years of finance or accounting experience, with a strong grasp of databases and data analysis.
Familiarity with planning system software is a plus.

Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 annually
