The Maintenance Manager will lead maintenance execution and work planning for a fast-paced manufacturing facility. This position is responsible for preventive/corrective maintenance strategy, work order development and scheduling, spare parts management, budgeting, and driving equipment reliability across production and facility systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead daily maintenance operations, including preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance.
Create, schedule, and prioritize work orders to support uptime and production continuity using a CMMS (asset history, scheduling, documentation).
Manage spare parts inventory to ensure proper organization, stocking levels, and availability.
Oversee maintenance budgeting and drive cost control initiatives.
Troubleshoot and lead breakdown response across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement efforts to reduce downtime and improve reliability.
Oversee facility maintenance needs including HVAC, utilities, fire/safety systems, and building upkeep.
Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and support safety programs and audits.
Coordinate contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and facility projects.

Education and Experience:

AAS or Bachelor’s degree preferred; however relevant experience will also be considered.
Maintenance leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
Food, beverage, or feed industry experience is a plus.
Strong work planning and scheduling capability using CMMS tools.
Broad troubleshooting experience across industrial mechanical and electrical systems.
Strong organization, prioritization, and communication skills.
