- WebApp creation and maintenance

- Business analytics and dashboarding
- Mastery of Core ESRI ArcGIS Toolkit Applications:
- ArcMap
- ArcPro & extensions

- Business Analyst (Desktop and Online)
- Advanced Knowledge of Additional GIS Applications:

- Manage and complete tasks independently

Solutioning/Process:
- Mastery of Team Processes and Skills:
- Request intake process
- Licensing and applications
- Administration of core proprietary systems (AGOL, Enterprise, JIRA)
- Administration of advanced proprietary systems (Azure, various MS systems)
- Process Improvement and Innovation:
- Identify team process gaps and propose solutions to executive leadership
- Develop business cases for day-to-day operations and deliverables
- Evaluate new products and processes for team growth
Leadership:
- Workload and Client Management:
- Manage own workload and deliveries
- Maintain client relationships with fee earners and brokers
- Project Leadership and Mentorship:
- Lead projects with junior team members
- Mentor junior team members on processes and technology
- Assign work to junior team members
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Geography, Geospatial Science, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5-7 years of GIS-related experience
- Proven expertise in ESRI ArcGIS suite and other GIS applications
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and JavaScript
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
