About the Role:

We are on the lookout for dynamic individuals for a part time position to enhance our Customer Experience Consultant team at our Penrose office in Auckland. As an integral part of our team, you will forge enduring relationships with our clients and service provider network. Your role will involve promptly and effectively handling incoming phone calls and emails, meticulously logging client requests into our ERP system, and managing and resolving queries swiftly. You will strive to meet client KPIs and team targets while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will operate within established processes and procedures, contributing to their continuous improvement.

About You:

Be someone who loves to communicate and has a passion for customer service.
Confident in communicating over the phone with excellent telephone manners.
Confident computer skills with the ability to multitask through systems.
Pride yourself on your high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Display a positive attitude with integrity and honesty.
Self-discipline and well-developed organization skills.
Ability to deal with customers in a high-volume contact environment.
Be a team player.
Experience in a Call Centre is an added advantage.
Excellent written/Verbal communication skills.

Full training will be provided with great growth opportunities:

This is a permanent part time position and hours for this role are Monday 8 hours, Wednesday 6 hours and Friday 6 hours, totaling 20 hours per week. Full training will be provided, and after six months of training, flexible hours will be available. Additionally, there will be a roster in place.
