We’re looking for a skilled BI Analyst to join our Deal Management team at Cushman & Wakefield. The role involves transforming complex data into actionable insights through dashboards, reports, data modeling, and automation tools like Power Automate. You'll collaborate closely with the team to support data-driven decision-making and enhance reporting efficiency.

About The Role:
Analytical Support for Leadership
- Work with datasets of varying sizes to build dashboards, reports and other resources
- Establish an understanding of the business needs and proactively translate those needs into a comprehensive solution that includes Salesforce and/or BI dashboards, reports, and metrics
- Support the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, data mining, analyses, dashboards, presentation materials, SharePoint sites etc. that drive meaningful, timely and actionable insights and can be easily interpreted by users
- Establish and maintain a continuity support plan for all reports, dashboards, and data management processes
- Develop strategic partnerships with other internal groups and cross functional teams
- Enable leadership to be proactive in identifying issues, challenges, or roadblocks with daily workflows and long-term capacity planning
- Provide insights to help support the pursuit of strategic initiatives & to measure progress of the initiatives once pursued
Data Management & Organization
- Establish and maintain a sustainable process to request, gather, organize, report, and visualize feedback from various stakeholders (internal to the Deal Management organization & external users of the Deal Management Hub)
- Follow best practices and continuous improvement of our data environment by: (1) ensuring regularly scheduled, systemic updates are completed as expected. (2) Develop and implement processes to keep data current. (3) Drive automation of tracked data where appropriate.
- Create a secure environment where data can be accessed by cross functional partners upon approval, to ensure confidentiality requirements are met
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve, enrich, and enhance the suite of tools and data used
- Analyze and interpret data by applying data aggregation, visualization, and statistical analysis
- Set up processes to ensure validity and data integrity of all underlying data used in BI dashboards, reports, analytics, metrics, KPIs, presentations, modeling etc.
- Develop and document best practices, process flows, and user support materials; maintain process flows and reference guides
- Serve as the escalation point and liaison with functional teams for all automation, data and reporting issues
- Provide training to users on how to interact with visualizations and interpret the results
About You:
- 5+ years of experience with Power BI and Power BI Services on-line.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of other education and 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, DAX, Power Query (M).
- Proficiency in BI technologies (e.g., MicroStrategy, PowerBI, Salesforce, Tableau).
- Strong knowledge of Advanced SQL queries and experience working with relational databases.
- Ability to collect, organize, reconcile, and analyze significant amounts of information.
- Ability to identify Power BI problems/performance issues and recommend and implement solutions.
- Must be able to effectively manage multiple assignments simultaneously and deliver completed projects per agreed upon deadlines.
- Ability to manage through ambiguity where lines of ownership aren't always clear.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders and explain data insights.
- Analytical mindset, attention to details.
- Discipline to work with confidential information.
- Experience servicing requests for information is preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in a business facing analytical role with experience in interpreting data, analyzing results to identify trends.
- Microsoft Power BI Data Analytics or Power Platform Certifications is desired.
