About the Role
Report and support FM lead in overall office management
Office Facility Management and General Affairs, Business Support
Employee safety, security, office management support (assets and budget)
Building maintenance and operational support (Inspection, maintenance)
Budget/Expense management (PO issuance, Invoice writing, Budget management)
Support for service coordination according to customer requirements
Facility maintenance schedule management and supplier contact
Server room facility maintenance support
Vendor quotation comparison and contract management
Support and manage receptionist
About you
College or above educational status. Familiar use of MS-office on Excel, PPT, Word, etc office software .
Good English skills desired
1-2 year office admin working experience, responsible, patient, focus on detail
Contract period
8 months (July 2025 until March 2026), Agency Temp

업무내용
FM 담당에 업무 보고 및 지원
사무실 현장 시설 관리 및 총무, 업무 지원
직원 안전, 보안, 사무 관리 지원(자산 및 예산 관리)
건물 유지보수 및 운영 지원(점검, 유지보수 서비스)
예산/지출 비용 관리(PO 발행, 송장 작성 등)
고객 요구사항에 따른 서비스 지원
각종 유지보수 일정 관리 및 업체와 소통
서버룸 시설 장비 등 유지보수 지원
공급업체 견적 비교 및 계약 관리
리셉션 지원 및 관리
자격요건
대졸 이상 학력. Excel, PPT, Word 등 MS-Office 사용 능숙.
우수한 영어 능력 우대
1~2년 사무 관리 경력, 책임감 있고 인내심 많으며 세심한 분
기간
8개월 (2025.07~2026.03)
