Description
Dannible & McKee, LLP is accepting resumes for a tax senior accountant. As a member of the tax team, you will be responsible for the preparation and review of tax services to clients for larger, more complex and/or specialized returns.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepares and reviews individual, corporate and other tax returns
- Assigns work and monitors progress to ensure timely and high-quality task completion.
- Develops and presents tax planning suggestions to leadership, contributing to strategic decision-making.
- Supports the professional development of interns and staff through training, feedback and mentorship.
- Completes tax research and special projects using various research platforms.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with 150 credit hours needed to qualify for the CPA exam
- CPA or pursuing the certification (NYS CPA eligible)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Motivated for continued professional and individual growth
