The successful candidate will meet the following requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage a variety of audit reviews, compilations and agreed upon procedures.
Manage assurance engagements by defining the audit strategy in consultation with the partner and execute it in compliance with Firm’s policies and procedures.
Stay current on new accounting pronouncements and their impact on clients.
When required, personally execute complex audit procedures.
Monitor the assurance team's progress against the plan and alter it when needed.
Generate, cultivate and manage business development opportunities.
Coach and develop people by sharing knowledge with team members and helping team members attain experiences that cultivate technical competencies.
Conduct timely performance reviews and provide performance feedback/on-the-job training.
Coach and mentor professional staff and identify areas for their professional growth.
Develop and maintain client relationships through excellent communication and service.
Responsible for promoting firm services through client relations outreach.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required
Active CPA license required
Strong technical skills in GAAP, GAAS and statistical analysis ratios
Minimum of 8 years of experience in public accounting required
Experience managing and mentoring professional staff
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong project management and organizational skills
Proficiency with CCH Prosystem Engagement, Microsoft Office, QuickBooks is preferred.

Salary $100,000 - $125,000 based on experience.
