The Performance Lead for the Office of the Chief Operating Officer serves as the central support for the Chief of Staff to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the COO’s Office. This role reports to the Chief of Staff.
The primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Support preparation for all Board, Committee and senior leadership meetings. Preparation may include research, providing summaries and drafting talking points.
· Analyzes complex data to develop informed recommendations.
· Track and monitor projects across the COO organization, including managing workstreams, follow-up and action trackers.
· Manage deliverables, and track OKRs to align with organizational goals.
· Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including audits and ad hoc research.
· Plays a key role in enhancing operational efficiency across the executive’s function.
