This includes guiding and executing on Equitable’s end-to-end approach to learning, development, talent strategy, innovation strategy and process improvement.
What You'll Be Doing
Equitable is looking for a dynamic team member to join the IDO Operations & Strategy team, one of several teams within IDO. You will ensure the proliferation of New Ways of Working throughout the enterprise through IDO efficiency and effectiveness across people, teams and tools.. You will also partner with senior stakeholders to problem solve, design and develop measurable and impactful solutions. To succeed in this role, you will need to be able to work independently but also collaborate with others, thrive in an ambiguous environment and have a relentless focus on outcomes. You will be a builder with low-ego energized by the challenges that come with creating new things.
In this role, you will work in the office 2-3 days per week and remotely 2-3 days per week. Current employees who are fully remote will be allowed to maintain their remote work arrangement if selected for the role.

Key responsibilities:
We are looking for a future leader who has strong analytical skills, understands the financial services space—specifically, the Retirement and Asset Management industries—is comfortable interacting with executives and is excited to work through Agile principles & practices.
Candidates must be comfortable working in a high-profile, dynamic environment and must be willing to support various projects, often simultaneously.
This position offers a hybrid work schedule, with an on–site presence of 2-3 days per week combining flexibility with team collaboration.
The base salary range for this position is $60,000 - $72,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.
