The Team Member, Talent Strategy & Programming will support the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of enterprise wide talent strategies and programs. You will contribute to developing data informed solutions, coordinating program logistics, partnering with business stakeholders, and helping ensure a seamless experience for participants.
This role is ideal for someone who is curious, resourceful, detail oriented, energized by learning, and excited to be part of building Equitable’s next generation talent development approach. To succeed in this role, the team member will need to be able to work independently but also collaborate with and lead others, thrive in an ambiguous environment and have a relentless focus on outcomes. They will be a builder with low-ego, energized by the challenges that come with creating new experience and content.
What You'll Be Doing:
Hybrid - This position offers a hybrid work schedule, with an on–site presence of 2-3 days per week combining flexibility with team collaboration.
The base salary range for this position is $65,000 - $75,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.

Talent Management: Knowledge of the critical competencies required to achieve intended results; ability to generate consistent approaches for hiring, selection, retaining and leveraging talent across the organization
Business Acumen: Knowledge of business concepts, tools, and processes that are needed for making sound decisions in the context of the company's business; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.
Organizational Change Management: Knowledge of key roles, activities and major issues affecting change management; ability to align the organization's people and culture with changes in business strategy, organizational structure, technology, and business processes.
Program Management: Knowledge of the policies and techniques to manage a set of related projects within a program; ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control the set of projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve program objectives.
