Job Title: Pricing Associate

Location: Syracuse, NY
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-5p (On-site)
Job Summary:
The Pricing Associate provides support in facilitating special pricing considerations that G&C provides for customers. To maintain proper margin management for our suppliers, the Pricing Associate will facilitate, update, track and renew pricing deviations for customers through supplier agreements.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serves as the point person for customer pricing deviations
- Collaborates with Sales and Purchasing leadership to identify special pricing agreements
- Input of PADs in NCR systems
- Routinely executes tracking and reporting for vendor programs utilizing Meal Ticket system
- Inputs supplier programs into Meal Ticket system and NCR
- Coordinate with finance to track and process deductions for supplier program income
- Facilitate monthly sales reports to suppliers
- Publish daily and weekly pricing
- Builds and maintains productive working relationships with Procurement, Finance, Sales and Vendors for improvements, issue resolution, and overall communication of status and updates as necessary.
- Responsible for understanding new system implementation impacts to our current system and processes.
- Assists in ensuring integrity of agreement setup and contracts by maintaining the rebate system with constant review and analysis of input and output.
Experience and Education Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or related experience required.
- 3-5 years of Retail or Food Service purchasing experience preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI and Program Mgmt software
- Strong communication skills.
- Business development and relationship building is essential.
