We are seeking a Compensation Analyst who will play a key role in maintaining competitive, equitable, and well-governed compensation programs across the enterprise.
This role combines analytical rigor with operational execution — supporting job pricing, salary benchmarking, reporting, and compensation administration within Workday. You’ll partner closely with HR and business leaders to ensure our compensation practices are data-driven, aligned, and scalable.

Enterprise visibility supporting compensation programs across a growing national platform
Data-driven culture investing in systems, analytics, and operational excellence
Collaborative environment where HR and business leaders partner closely to drive thoughtful decisions
Conduct job pricing and compensation benchmarking across all levels using external market data and internal equity analysis
Evaluate roles and provide data-driven recommendations to support competitive positioning
Lead compensation data quality initiatives to ensure accuracy and consistency within Workday and related datasets
Prepare recurring and ad hoc compensation reports, dashboards, and analytics for HR and business leaders
Maintain and improve reporting tools that enhance visibility into compensation trends
Support annual compensation review processes and salary structure maintenance
Assist with sales compensation review and related analysis
Partner on Workday compensation configuration, testing, and process optimization
Manage salary survey participation, including submission and analysis of published results
Contribute to enterprise-wide compensation projects and transformation initiatives
Support ongoing improvements to compensation structures and governance processes
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field
At least 2 years of relevant experience required; prior experience in insurance or financial services strongly preferred.
Hands-on experience with Workday compensation functionality
Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capability
High attention to detail with a strong commitment to data integrity
This job is fully remote.

Base salary range is $75,000 to $90,000 per year.
This position is eligible for an annual performance-based bonus.
