We’re hiring an Employee Benefits National Operations Leader (EBNOL) to shape the future of how we deliver Employee Benefits services across our national platform.
This role sits at the center of strategy, operations, and transformation—driving consistency, scalability, and operational excellence across regions while improving client service delivery and supporting profitable growth.

Compensation:
Salary range: $240,000 – $285,000 per year
Eligible for performance-based bonus: Yes
