What are we looking for?

The Lotus Notes Domino Developer is responsible for support to a home grown application, RAMesNET. This application supports our Risk Assessment Management efforts and deals with agnostic sustainability, quality, and safety.

Salary & Benefits Information

The base wage or salary range for this position is $110,000 - $126,000. Individual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.

What you’ll do:

Develop new database applications using HCL Notes/Domino development platform (xPages, POI4xPages, formula language, Lotusscript, Javascript, Java, VisualBasic) based on user needs.
Develop new functionality for existing database applications based on user requests.
Identify and fix database application / functionality / administration / connection issues.
Provide all related database / platform Notes Administration duties for environment (7 servers, 4 locations).
Update the software for database servers, host servers, Notes Client as needed.
Support automated daily SFTP transfers to external vendor.
Identify and suggest improvements to existing functionality and processes.
Review system logs and identify/resolve any issues/problems.
Support daily database application / platform usage issues for 350+ users.
Support Softlines Lab in Arlington Heights. IL.
2nd-level support for all user account /Client installation requests.
Provide platform availability statistics on a monthly basis.
Attend weekly meetings with key stakeholder(s).
Perform annual user license audits and provide anticipated license counts for annual license renewal.
Track user license activity throughout the year.
Document key system processes / features and provide to 1st-leve help as needed.
Work with system admins in APAC and EU to resolve local user support / database / administration issues.

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:

5+ years of IBM Domino web development experience 1-2 years Xpages experience Excellent web application development skills and understanding of best practice and performance optimization techniques
IBM Domino Application Development certifications required
Excellent written and communication skills required
Ability to work in a small, dynamic team liaising with a broad cross section of business users
Qualifications 5+ years of IBM Domino web development experience 1-2 years Xpages experience
