POSITION SUMMARY
The Enterprise Applications Administrator works within the Enterprise Systems team to support, maintain, and improve enterprise applications used across the College. This role focuses on application administration, user support, documentation, and coordination with technical staff and constituents. The administrator actively contributes to Le Moyne’s mission, Catholic and Jesuit identity and commitment to social justice and care for the whole person.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Job duties specific to this position:
- Assist with day-to-day administration and support of enterprise applications, including configuration, user management, and system monitoring.
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for assigned enterprise applications. May function as primary support for some systems.
- Collaborate with College departments to understand system usage, business processes, and workflows, and help resolve application issues or data discrepancies.
- Assist in gathering and documenting functional requirements and process documentation.
- Maintain application user guides, procedures, and troubleshooting documents.
- Partner with other IT staff to implement upgrades, patches, and enhancements to enterprise systems to drive continuous improvement
- Perform routine data validation and report generation as requested by College departments.
- Participate in testing new system functionality and support application rollout efforts.
- Support the onboarding of new users by creating accounts, assigning permissions, and providing training as needed.
- Facilitate seamless communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Train end-users, ensuring they understand functionality and promoting the effective use of technology
- Contribute to improving business processes by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting solutions.
- Keep up with product updates, patches, and vendor communications relevant to assigned applications.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university.
- 2 or more years performing similar or related work in a professional environment
- Familiarity with application administration duties
- Windows desktop and server operating systems and n-tier applications
- IT service management (e.g. ITIL) and service management systems (e.g ServiceNow, Jira)
- Flexible and adapts to changing priorities and requirements
- Collaborate effectively among diverse constituencies and organizational units
- Work independently and function effectively in team projects
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and numeracy
- Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communications
- Preferred experience in the following applications
