What We Offer:
Program Director Position Summary:
The Program Director provides overall regional leadership and daily operational oversight of all Office for Mental Health (OMH) licensed Crisis Residence Programs located in Onondaga, Oswego, Cayuga and Madison Counties in compliance with 14 NYCRR Part 589. Ensures delivery of recovery-oriented, trauma-informed, culturally responsive services that stabilize psychiatric crises, divert hospitalization, and support safe transition to the community.
Program Director Job Responsibilities:
Program Director Qualifications:
Must have three to five years of management experience working in a social service or related setting. Experience with Peer/Recovery services preferred. Qualified Health Professional listed as a Licensed social worker, alcoholism counselor, mental health counselor or rehabilitation counselor preferred. High School Diploma Certified by the Office of Mental Health (OMH) as a Certified Peer Specialist or Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse (OASAS) as a Certified Peer Recovery Advocate required.
Pay Rate: $66,690 annually
