Self-Pay Account Representative📍 Remote | 💲 $23.00 - $25.00/hour Liberty Resources is seeking a Self-Pay Account Representative to support patient account management and revenue cycle activities for our School-Based Health Services program. The Self-Pay Account Representative serves as a liaison between families, students, and school personnel while ensuring excellent customer service and accurate account management. Key Responsibilities: Manage inbound and outbound calls regarding balances, billing statements, and payment optionsCollect and process patient paymentsEstablish payment plans and financial agreementsAssist patients and families with billing inquiriesDocument account activity and maintain accurate recordsSupport month-end reporting and reconciliation processesResolve customer service issues and account concerns Qualifications: Associate's Degree preferred and/or medical billing and collections trainingExperience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferredStrong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office applicationsNextGen EHR experience preferred but not required Benefits Include: Medical, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off401(k) retirement planProfessional development opportunitiesSupportive, family-friendly work environment Liberty Resources is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
