Responsibilities:
• Lead the production team in prioritizing and executing daily operations for designated areas of the factory, collaborating closely with peer leaders across the organization.
• Create and uphold a Culture of Accountability and demonstrate Full Spectrum Leadership principles and cultural imperatives on a daily basis.
• Collaborate with Environment, Safety, and Health (ESH) teams to ensure a safe work environment by communicating safety policies, conducting accident investigations, and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure production team adherence to company policies, procedures, and defined processes.
• Hold accountability for shop performance to targets in Cost, Quality, Schedule, 6S standards, and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Maintain current certification and training requirements for the production team.
• Reinforce a culture that values and embraces Foreign Object Damage prevention.
• Coordinate employee recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and work assignments to optimize team performance.
• Take ownership of associated Operations Excellence Team performance metrics and initiatives.
• Monitor nonconformities and implement corrective and preventive actions as needed.
• Mentor and develop production team members to build a skilled and motivated workforce.
• Support the shop’s business rhythms and operational cadence.
Work Schedule: This position may occasionally require an irregular schedule, with regularly scheduled days off potentially scheduled as workdays within a temporary work schedule on an occasional, non-regular basis. Business needs may occasionally necessitate working extra hours beyond the normal work week.

• Green Belt certified, Black Belt Certified preferred.
• Control Account Manager Certified.
• Proficient user of SAP.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Washington or Washington DC is $102,000 - $195,500 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
Pay Rate:The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $117,300 - $221,100. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
