Overview
We are seeking a motivated and passionate Social Work Intern to join our Human Resource team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for individuals pursuing a career in social work to gain hands-on experience in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct structured interviews with employees to gather feedback on workplace experiences, challenges, and suggestions for improvement.
- Assist in analyzing interview data and identifying trends or themes related to employee satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Social Work or a related field.
