Job Description
Job Summary
Focuses on process improvement, organizational change management, collaboration with providers and Health Plans, project management and other processes relative to the business. Project management includes estimating, scheduling, costing, planning, and issue/risk management.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Overall business owner for the Availity provider web channel services implementing the strategy to increase provider utilization and satisfaction with the Availity portal.
- Manages a team of Channel Managers responsible for driving service improvements, expansions and issue resolution within the Availity web portal.
- Oversees business partner vendor relationship with Availity account manager and senior management ensuring alignment with strategic initiatives.
- Responsible for communications and training of key stakeholders both internally (call center, provider concierge) and Molina Health Plans and providers.
- Monitors Issue Resolution and Change Requests submitted through the Availity Payor Community to ensure timely completion.
- Partners cross functionally with Marketing, Research and Innovation, State plans, and corporate functions to develop the future strategy for web channel.
- Scopes and defines project initiatives to support the strategy and impact business outcomes, including the development of business cases.
- Collaborates with other channel owners to ensure a consistent cross-channel experience.
- Monitors member and provider adoption and identifies as well as leads activities to increase adoption.
- Monitors service performance and service levels and partners with corporate IT to ensure business expectations are met.
- Provide health plan and corporative initiative consulting support for web capabilities.
- Supports operational readiness reviews.
- Coordinates Business Continuity Planning between Availity and Molina IT.
Job Qualifications
Required Education
Graduate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Required Experience
7-9 years
Preferred Education
Master's degree - Business Administration
Preferred Experience
10+ years
Managed Healthcare industry experience.
Availity platform experience.
Leadership experience with Channel Managers and Product Owners is a plus.
QA Testing Leadership experience.

Pay Range: $96,325.57 - $208,705.4 / ANNUAL
