- Student staff supervision, selection and training
- Enforcing and adjudicating violations of the Student Code of Conduct
- Participation in a rotating duty schedule and other work related commitments during nights and weekends
- Student and community development
- Developing interpersonal working relationships with students and peers
- Community building and promoting diversity within the residence halls and campus community
- Assist the department by focusing specifically on an area of Diversity Initiatives, Judicial Affairs, Recruitment & Retainment, Operations & Software, RA Training and Residential Curriculum
- Serving on departmental and campus wide committees
- Summer responsibilities include: Student Conduct, preparation for Resident Assistant Training, Summer Orientation, and reviewing of Occupancy Management and Facility Management
- To coordinate and facilitate any quarantine and isolation situations that arise
- Demonstrate a commitment to students and the quality of their life in the residence hall environment
Requirements: Minimum Qualifications Preferred Qualifications - Master's degree and 1-2 years professional experience working in Residence Life.
