What you'll do
- End-to-end responsibility to align all relevant stakeholders in order to define and develop the assigned business processes to high quality and performance.
- Take the lead role (Recommender in the RAPID Model) to build proposals and business cases for improvement activity.
- Act as the company’s subject matter expert and specialist, leading change, continuous improvement, and innovation as to how the business needs can be met and assess that the right proposals or solutions are recommended/implemented (these should be reviewed from a data, systems, behaviour, and process lens)
- Maintain ongoing engagement with the relevant COEs, Product Managers and Data Owners to regularly review with them key performance indicators, shortfalls, issues, and complaints to identify improvement activities and solutions.
- Apply continuous improvement practices, including value stream optimization, to eliminate waste
- Effectively manage process improvement projects and workstreams as part of wider larger projects, including budgets and project plans.
- Build portfolio approach to improvement delivery, prioritising activity in line with COE strategic objectives.
- Tracks service improvement insights, learning from issues and leveraging root cause analysis, to embed improvement recommendations.
- Run regular reviews of HR policies gaining input and feedback across both external and internal sources to check legal compliance, employee experience and inclusion across the work force.
- Ownership of the documentation of processes and associated material, publications, guidance and training delivered to ensure compliance and understanding across the work force.
- Communicate process changes.
- Support transition activities from a change management perspective to assess and support the creation and development of key performance metrics for the Business. Utilizing financial and work management to create a process and discipline across the Business for all productivity and financial metrics.
What you'll have
- Must have Success Factors experience
- Experience with ServiceNow HRSD module
- Strong industry experience as a Process Owner and/or implementation and continuous improvement
- Lean Six Sigma qualification would be highly desirable
- Clear evidence of strategic thinking and solving problems regarding organizational and behavioural challenges, considering the up and downstream effects of root causes and solution initiatives
- Demonstrated experience designing, developing, and delivering process change management initiatives for global or large-scale transformations ideally within HR.
- Ability to continuously develop and improve assigned operational processes by applying continuous improvement practices, including value stream optimization, to eliminate waste.
- Comfortable influencing and collaborating at all levels of an organization and can create strong and productive networks.
- Demonstrated client relationship skills working in a dynamic client environment.
- Demonstrated experience of producing communication and training strategies to support the development of a change plan.
- Strong project management experience, including schedule, scope, issue, and risk management.
- Ability to measure and analyse data and use data insights to suggest process improvements, determining key performance indicators and measuring business benefits.
- Ability to document processes clearly to agreed levels in the organisations recognised system.

Annual Salary
$110,000-$129,000
Salary commensurate with experience.
This position has a career path which provides for advancement opportunities within and across bands as you develop and evolve in the position; gaining experience, expertise and acquiring and applying technical skills.
