About the role
Responsible for managing various aspects of Procure to Pay Systems & Interfaces and delivering process improvements within the end to end Supply Chain process (e.g. Accounts Payable, Master Data, Procurement, Inventory Management, etc.).
What you'll do
Provide leadership and oversight in the following areas:
• Leading projects internal and across the enterprise to increase digital transactions, enhance usability, improve compliance and create efficiencies across the Source to Pay process
• Monitoring the health of National Grid’s ERP system as it relates to Procure to Pay
• Monitoring and resolving interface failures related to Procure to Pay processes
• Supporting the delivery of planned system changes or defect fixes, participating in and where required coordinating impact analysis and user acceptance testing
• Extracting data and analyzing information from multiple systems to support and optimize departmental goals, operational improvements and streamline processes
• Working with the management team to support the development and implementation of the Supply Chain Process.
• Organizing and facilitating workshops to define issues and develop solutions.
• Maintaining controls and monitoring data to detect data quality issues as it relates to the Procure to Pay processes.
• Developing and maintaining effective relationships with the stakeholders in order to share best practice and translate business needs to provide technical advice and build bases of influence.
What you'll need
• A Bachelor's degree in a Business related area and up to 3-5 years of analytical or business support experience, or equivalent work experience
• Advanced degree/credits are preferred
• Experience with ERP systems – SAP / Ariba experience preferred, with particular attention to Procure to Pay and Supply Chain
• Strategic self-starter with excellent computer & data set skills and an advocate for data analytics value across business and to diverse audiences
• Demonstrate strong organizational and planning skills with the proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively across organization.
• Reviews accuracy of own work and checks that all details are completed
• Ability to work in partnership with a third party service providers maintaining and growing a ‘one team’ mentality

Annual Salary
$88,000-$101,000
Salary commensurate with experience.
This position has a career path which provides for advancement opportunities within and across bands as you develop and evolve in the position; gaining experience, expertise and acquiring and applying technical skills. Candidates will be assessed and provided offers against the minimum qualifications of this role and their individual experience.
