Graduates start their careers at National Grid with an in-depth 3-week in-person Orientation which gives you exposure to all parts of the company, allows you to network with your Graduate cohort, GDP alumni, and senior leaders, and provides you with the opportunity to travel throughout our service territory in the northeast US. Following Orientation, you’ll begin working in full-time position outlined below and take part in ongoing development activities including quarterly development sessions, active mentorship, and a Hackathon Project.
As an Associate Analyst, you will participate with a dynamic team of employees who work seamlessly with the NY Electric Operations team to strategically analyze the organizations strength and weaknesses, leverage what is working well across the state, and mitigate risk to help enable meeting the organizations long term goals. You will aid in proactive communications to key stakeholders internally and externally.
This is a hybrid role with the occasional need to report onsite for team meetings. For this position, the team is open to a work location of Syracuse, NY, Buffalo, NY or Albany, NY.

Salary Range
Syracuse, NY $56,950 - $67,000 a year
Buffalo, NY $56,950 - $67,000 a year
Albany, NY $56,950 - $67,000 a year
Please note US Colleagues must reside within our existing footprint, which includes Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Maine, Rhode Island and Vermont. As a National Grid employee, you should also reside within a reasonable, commutable distance to your assigned primary office.
