Our Customer Operations and Vendor Management team plays a vital role in supporting and maintaining the operations of our Customer Contact Centers. This team is responsible for overseeing training, knowledge management, communications for supervisors and agents, quality assurance, coaching programs, strategic planning, and contract management for our external Contact Center vendors. Through these impactful efforts, this team helps to ensure seamless operational excellence and exceptional customer service.
As a Gridtern, you will support the development and refinement of our Contact Center communications, including drafting and editing content to ensure accuracy and jurisdictional alignment. You will also support this team by reviewing and updating our standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training materials to maintain consistency and compliance. Lastly, you will assist in preparing for and partnering with trainers, gaining experience to help lead training classes.
You will be in Syracuse, NY working in a Hybrid structure for the summer. You must be located within a commutable distance to the identified work location for the summer.

Salary Range
$18.00 - $21.00 an hour (Undergraduate Student)
$25.00 an hour (Graduate Student)
Candidates will be assessed and provided offers based on major, degree type, and class year. Our Gridtern Program does not offer relocation, housing assistance, or public transportation reimbursement for Gridterns; however, we can provide a list of resources to utilize in making your arrangements.
Must reside within our existing footprint, which includes Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Maine, Rhode Island, and Vermont. As a Gridtern, you should also reside within a reasonable, commutable distance to your assigned primary office.
