We’re looking for a passionate 4x OHL Chargehand to join our Overheadlines West Team!
They are responsible for leading the safety and delivery of all nominated works within their teams, ensuring tasks are planned and executed following safe systems of work developed by Project Leaders and Senior Authorised Persons. They communicate and embed these safety protocols, supervise teams, and promote a generative safety culture through proactive hazard management, continuous improvement, and open safety communication. They also monitor compliance, address safety concerns promptly, and support ongoing training to maintain high safety standards.

Salary of £45,865 dependent on experience.
As well as your base salary, you will receive a bonus based on personal and company performance and a competitive contributory pension scheme where we will double match your contribution to a maximum company contribution of 12%. You will also get a commercial vehicle as well as additional payment for seasonal working and an optional mobility allowance.
