We are looking for a strategic thinker—someone who can confidently engage high-net-worth clients, provide sophisticated planning strategies in the areas of wealth protection, wealth accumulation, tax strategies, retirement optimization, legacy planning and charitable planning.
What You’ll Do
- Spend 1–2 hours/day proactively dialing and building your pipeline of qualified clients
- Deliver customized, holistic financial plans with a focus on retirement strategies, estate planning, tax efficiency, and asset movement
- Work independently while collaborating closely with our senior advisors and leadership team
- Serve as a thought partner on complex cases, including intergenerational wealth transfers, business exit strategies, and charitable giving
- Actively pursue a long-term equity stake in the firm
- Deliver tailored recommendations and next-step guidance directly to clients during planning meetings.
- Collaborate with internal team members to prepare and lead closing meetings that finalize financial strategies and build long-term client commitment.
Who You Are
- 5–7+ years of experience in financial services
- Credentialed (CFP®, JD, CPA, CFA®, MBA or similar strongly preferred)
- Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in business ownership and equity partnership
- Independent, disciplined, and proactive in driving client growth and strategy
- Confident communicator with the ability to build lasting client relationships
- Comfortable navigating complex planning scenarios and high-net-worth client needs
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
