We’re looking for a hands-on Construction Site Manager ready to hit the ground running. You’ll guide crews, streamline workflows, and ensure every project detail is executed to the highest standards. From safety to scheduling, you’ll be the driving force behind on-site success—turning blueprints into reality and making a lasting impact from the ground up.
What you will do as a Construction Site Manager:
- Provide hands-on management of day-to-day construction activities, ensuring work is performed according to plans, specifications, and company standards.
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide guidance to workers, subcontractors, and junior staff to ensure efficient and safe workflows.
- Track progress against the project timeline, anticipate delays, and implement corrective measures to keep the project on schedule.
- Verify that all construction activities meet safety, design, and quality requirements, addressing deficiencies immediately.
- Plan and coordinate the delivery, storage, and use of materials to ensure site productivity while maintaining an organized and clutter-free environment.
- Train and enforce safety standards with the team, constantly monitor and correct unsafe conditions.
- Liaise with onsite operations team to update on scheduling and ensure there is no impact on the guest experience.
- Quickly assess unexpected issues, propose creative and cost-effective solutions, and adapt strategies to avoid project delays or budget overruns.
- Coordinate Codes inspections and ensure all deficiencies are resolved in a timely manner.
- Work with Supply chain and vendors to ensure the proper flow of materials.
- Control onsite equipment inventory of tools and ensure proper care is taken to maintain tools.
- Track all material inventory to prevent theft and loss.
- Provide weekly project status reports to the Director.

Work Experience To be successful as a Construction Site Manager, you'll need:
- Minimum five (5) years supervisory experience in a construction or skill trades environment and ten (10) years industry experience.
- Knowledge of IBC code requirements for commercial and residential properties.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and design documents.
- Working knowledge in the fields of carpentry, HVAC, plumbing, flooring and finish work.
- Demonstrates excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Excellent organization and planning skills.
- Valid Drivers License.
- Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time and lift up to 41 - 50 pounds.
