IT Helpdesk Computer Assistants will primarily work in Coulter Library (Coulter Hall C240). IT Helpdesk Computer Assistants will assist students with: - Connecting to the OCC-Public wireless network.
- D2L-Brightspace.
- MS Office suite.
- MyOCC , Student Planning.
- System navigation.
- General OCC related technology issues and questions.
In addition, IT Helpdesk Computer Assistants monitor equipment, perform general housekeeping, and complete other tasks as needed. IT Helpdesk Computer Assistants may also receive training to perform Library related duties/tasks. Requirements: - Must be a Work-Study Eligible Student in good academic standing (2.0 GPA or higher).
- Have good interpersonal skills and demonstrate the ability to relate to people.
- Demonstrate good clerical and communication skills.
