Job Description: The Department of Humanities and Social Sciences is seeking candidates with expertise in Anthropology to teach introductory and intermediate courses for the Fall 2025 semester. Requirements: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: - Master's degree in Anthropology from an accredited college, university or foreign equivalency.
OR - Master's degree in Archaeology, Sociology, History, Egyptology, Social Sciences, or Ethnic Studies and 18 graduate-level credits in Anthropology from an accredited college, university or foreign equivalency
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: - College teaching experience.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish. English and other languages will be considered.

Application Instructions: - Adjunct rate of pay for the 25/26 academic year is $1,483/credit hour. Classes will be assigned on an as needed basis dependent upon enrollment.
- Adjuncts are eligible to participate in the NYS Teacher's Retirement System.
