Job Description: BROAD FUNCTION The Administrative Aide - Part Time is responsible for performing administrative work within the Academic Schools, under the direction of the Assistant to the Provost/Senior Vice President. The Administrative Aide will assist the School Specialist and other team members to promote academic excellence and integrity in a rapidly changing environment and to deliver support services designed to enhance student success. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES - Triage student walk-ins, calls and emails to the School office
- Student outreach as directed by School Specialist or Academic Department Chair
- Faculty support
- All other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Academic and Student Affairs leadership.
Requirements: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS - Experience in a higher education setting preferred.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES - High level of confidentiality, discretion, judgment, professionalism and integrity
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to plan, coordinate, prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Highly organized with great attention for detail
- Strong technical skills; solid computer experience using Microsoft Office Outlook, Word and Excel
- Experience with Colleague preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
