Job Summary:
The Clinic Operations Director oversees the strategic and operational aspects of clinic operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement. The role involves high-level decision-making, strategic planning, and fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture. The clinic operations director is responsible for overseeing clinic operations, process improvement, provider engagement, quality of care, and patient access.

- Lead the strategic and operational direction of assigned specialties.
- Implement and manage operational processes as aligned to the strategic plan of the organization.
- Serve as a resource for site managers on advice and best practices for clinical operations.
- Ensure the operations of clinics align with the growth and strategy of the organization and stay abreast with changes made in respective clinics.
- Collaborate with leaders across departments to develop and implement process improvement strategies throughout specialties and practices.
- Monitor and report strategic metrics and outcomes to Medical Practice and organizational leadership.
- Provide clinical advisement and oversight as needed.
- Manage financial resources within respective specialties both operationally and strategically.
- Develop and implement the operational budget manage to variance.
- Monitors accomplishment of agreed upon objectives at the assigned specialty level and where appropriate, institutes corrective actions, including reallocating resources, reprioritizing, and/or recommending modifications to established plans.
- Participate in preparation of annual budgets to maximize financial support for applicable programs.
- Provide regular financial reports to Medical Practices and organizational leadership.
- Enhance provider engagement and satisfaction through effective initiatives and support.
- Partner with providers and physician leaders to support their roles and responsibilities and improve overall provider experience.
- Offer advice on provider engagement strategies specific to assigned specialties.
- Collaborate with assigned dyad physician leader to continually improve provider engagement and implement provider-based initiatives.
- Manage clinic leaders through coaching, development, and performance reviews.
- Supervise all site managers within their respective specialties.
- Ensure compliance and continual training for all clinic staff.
- Create learning and development opportunities for clinic leaders and staff.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor degree in from an accredited school or related experience.
- Master’s Degree in Healthcare administration or related field preferred.
Working Conditions:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Ability to perform prolonged or extensive standing, walking, and/or traversing.
- Must be able to lift up to 15lbs at times.
- Comply with DOH requirements for annual health assessments and required immunizations.
Pay Range: $90,000-$100,000/annual
Employee salary is based on commensurate experience and other qualifications.
